Eligibility & Terms
- You must have completed a booking and checked into your room.
- A valid Promotional Code must be entered at the time of booking.
Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively. - Bookings made without a valid Promotional Code will not be eligible.
Some offers apply only to specific tenancy lengths, room types or residences. - You will be eligible for the Offer when one of the following conditions is met:(a) All rent instalments due as of 1 November 2026 have been paid and no outstanding
fees are owed; or
(b) Rent for the full tenancy term has been paid in full.Failure to meet these conditions by 1 November 2026 will result in ineligibility. - This Offer may be combined with Refer a Friend (RAF) promotions only where the referral

31 December 2026. If operational delays occur, you will be notified
