Refer a Friend & Earn a £500 Voucher Each
Refer a friend to stay at Kirby Street Residence or Briggate Residence for the
26/27 academic year, and you’ll both receive a £500 voucher as a thank-you from us.
1. Offer Summary
Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a £500 voucher each, subject to the eligibility
criteria and referral process below.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the offer, the referred friend must:
- Book a minimum tenancy of 37 weeks
- Pay the full rent amount before a voucher is issued
- Be new to StuHomes (not currently residing in a StuHomes residence)
3. Referral Process
To validate a referral:
You must email book@stuhomes.com within 48 hours of referring
the person, and include the following details:
- Your full name
- The full name of the person you are referring
- The email address of the person you are referring
If this process is not followed correctly, the referral may be considered invalid. StuHomes is not responsible for failed
rewards due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by either party.
4. Exclusions
This offer:
- Does not apply to bookings made through nomination agreements, referral partners, third-party agents, or online marketplaces
- Can be used alongside the re-booker campaign
