Fill out the online enquiry form, on the Stuhomes website, and we will get back to you with the best option depending on your budget, preferred location, and room type. If you would like to book one of the options complete the booking form, we send you, and pay the £500 deposit.
Stuhomes accommodation is only for full time students over 18 years old.
Yes you are entitled to cancel your booking but we will need you to provide proof for this.
Stuhomes does not charge a booking fee, but you will be required to pay a deposit to secure the accommodation, which is refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
We have room types to meet all needs and budgets and the most popular types are Ensuites which are rooms with bathrooms but where you share a kitchen with up to 6 other residents. And our Studio rooms have their own private kitchen and bathroom.
Payment information will be provided to you in the invoice and the contract. And you will be able to make the payment in three ways, including via a payment link on the invoice, a bank transfer or through the Stuhomes website.
We charge a £500 deposit to secure the accommodation which will be held in the Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme and returned to you at the end of your tenancy.
We offer residents the option to pay in full, and get a discount, or make up to four equal payments. Please note that paying in instalments will incur additional charges and interest.
You will receive your Tenancy Agreement after you have paid the deposit.
Depending on which property you book your room number will be in the Tenancy Agreement or in the Confirmation Letter.
It is possible but depends on availability. We would advise you to check before you make any arrangements.
Some studios are suitable for double occupancy, but the additional occupant must be a full-time student at a UK educational Institution. And there will be an additional £50 per week charge for the extra occupant. Our sales team will be able to let you know our availability at the time you want to book.
Yes, you are entitled to cancel your booking, but we will need you to provide proof of your visa being rejected. The Tenancy Agreement outlines our cancelation policies.
Both parties can cancel a booking. Stuhomes can cancel a booking if the Deposit and Tenancy Agreement are not received within the timeframe given in the booking instructions and students can cancel if their visa is rejected. The refund policy is outlined in the booking instructions and the Tenancy Agreement.
